I'm gonna say Brad Neat for the win. The highest local/regional racer will be the overdue 05 of Roy Deese Jr. with a 7th place finish.

By the way, nothing out on a limb about picking Plessinger for highest finishing local. More than once i've seen him get a provisional and finish better than all the local's who raced their way into the feature. just sayin.

I just hope they get 30 cars at least.
